What is stretch wrap?
Stretch wrap (pallet wrap) is a highly extensible film applied under tension to bind items to pallets, stabilise loads and protect surfaces from dust, moisture and abrasion. Its cling properties help the film self-adhere without leaving residue on products.
Why use it?
It improves load integrity, reduces transit damage and speeds handling through warehouses and courier hubs. Opaque variants add privacy and theft deterrence; clear wraps support barcode scanning and fast identification.

How to choose thickness & performance
Match film micron to load weight and profile. Lighter, uniform loads perform well with standard gauges; heavier or irregular pallets benefit from thicker films and extra wraps at the base and corners.
Use edge protectors to prevent corner damage and improve strap and film performance. Add layer pads to stabilise tiers.
How to wrap efficiently
Start with 2–3 anchor wraps at the pallet base, overlap each pass by ~50%, and increase revolutions around weak points (corners/middle). Finish with a top cap or cross-wrap for taller loads. Keep even tension to avoid film neck-down and punctures.
Build a complete pallet pack
Pair stretch wrap with Corner/L/U profiles, right-size boxes, and internal cushioning like bubble or paper padding to reduce damages.
