Delivery Information

  • Next Day items: order by 2:00 pm (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery.
  • Standard items: typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
  • Highlands & Islands: reduced service (longer transit times).
  • Shipping cost: £4.99 (ex VAT) on orders under £50 (ex VAT); Free on orders £50 and above (ex VAT).
  • Cut-off times: Standard orders placed before 4:00 pm are processed the same day. Next Day orders close at 2:00 pm.
  • Delivery window: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon–Fri).

Delivery Speeds

Next Working Day (marked products)

Products marked Next Day qualify for next working day delivery when ordered by 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)

All other products are delivered within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Highlands & Islands

We offer a reduced service to these regions. Transit times are longer than mainland UK, but pricing remains the same.

Mixed Lead-Time Orders

If your order includes items marked Next Day and Standard Delivery, we’ll contact you to confirm your preference:

  • Consolidated delivery (all items sent together to reduce packaging), or
  • Split delivery (items shipped as they’re ready).

Ship to Multiple Addresses

We support shipping items to multiple addresses in a single order:

  1. Add the required products to your basket.
  2. Create each delivery address in My Account → Address Book (or add during checkout).
  3. Select Ship to multiple addresses at checkout and assign quantities.
  4. Complete payment as normal (shipping charges may vary per address).

Cut-off & Processing Times

  • Orders received by 4:00 pm (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.
  • Orders after that time are processed the next working day.

Delivery Window

Deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on working days. Exact time slots are not guaranteed, but tracking details are provided where available.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

  • Stock items: Return requests must be made within 28 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Non-returnable: custom-printed or bespoke products, cut-to-size materials, and clearance/special items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number, item(s), quantity, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue a Returns Authorisation (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
  3. Pack items securely; returns are at the customer’s risk until received and inspected.

Damaged or Short on Arrival

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the delivery note.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate once validated.

Costs, Restocking & Refunds

  • Unless faulty, return carriage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply to cover handling and inspection.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via credit note once goods are checked and approved.

Notes

  • “Working days” = Monday – Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • During peak periods or for oversized/remote deliveries, timelines may extend.
