• For hard metal parts: Use paper void fill, foam chips or cut foam pieces to stop movement.
• For presentation: Use coloured tissue or shredded paper to hold items in place and improve unboxing.

How to use

1. Pop the box into shape and fold the bottom flaps in.
2. Seal the base using one or two strips of suitable tape across the seam.
3. Prepare your item with the right wrap or void fill (tissue, bubble, paper).
4. Place the product in the centre of the box and add extra fill if needed to prevent movement.
5. Close the top flaps and seal with tape, pressing firmly along all taped edges.
6. Apply any labels or barcodes required and place into an outer carton or mailer if shipping via carrier networks.
