Packing Chips - 45 Cubic Foot is a high‑performance loose fill packaging material supplied in a 45 cubic foot bag. It is designed to quickly fill voids and lock products in place inside outer cartons, helping to prevent movement and shock damage during transit.

How to use

  1. Choose an outer box that is slightly larger than your product.
  2. Pour a layer of loose fill into the bottom of the box.
  3. Place the product in the centre and pour loose fill around all sides, gently shaking the box so the chips settle into gaps.
  4. Top up until the product is fully surrounded and does not move when the box is gently shaken, then seal the box with packing tape.
