Double Wall Cardboard Box 762 x 457 x 305 mm – a very wide, heavy-duty carton offering a large footprint and shallow height, perfect for flat or elongated items.

Internal size: 762 x 457 x 305 mm. Supplied in packs of 20.

Suitable For

Recommended Tape

  • General loads: 50 mm low-noise PP tape with at least two strips along the base seam.
  • Heavier / dense loads: Vinyl or reinforced tape across the base and around the perimeter.
  • Eco option: Gummed paper tape for secure, recyclable sealing.

Recommended Void Fill

  • Kraft paper to brace items across the width so they can’t slide.
  • Foam sheets, corner protectors or bubble wrap for flat, fragile surfaces.
  • Air pillows / foam chips to fill remaining voids and support sidewalls.

How to Use

Reinforce the base, lay items flat and central, protect edges and corners, then pack void fill tightly along all sides. Seal the top with an H-tape pattern to maintain the box’s shape in handling.
