Double Wall Cardboard Box 610 x 610 x 610 mm – an extra-large, heavy-duty cube box for very bulky or high-volume consignments.

Internal size: 610 x 610 x 610 mm. Supplied in packs of 20.

  • Standard practice: 50 mm low-noise tape in a full H-tape pattern, with extra runs on the base seam.
  • Very heavy loads: Crossweave reinforced tape on the base and up the corners.
  • Eco / presentation: Gummed paper tape for a strong, tidy and recyclable closure.

Recommended Void Fill

  • Layered kraft paper or paper pads between tiers of products.
  • Foam chips or air pillows to lock items in position and support sidewalls.
  • Bubble wrap / foam wrap around individual items to prevent impact damage.

How to Use

Reinforce the base heavily, distribute weight as evenly as possible across the footprint, use generous void fill so contents cannot shift, and tape all top seams securely to keep the box square and stable in transit.

    A: For lighter or medium-weight loads, yes. For very heavy or oversized goods, dedicated pallet boxes may still be more appropriate.
  • Q: Can I hand-carry these when full?
