Double Wall Cardboard Box 559 x 356 x 356 mm – a long, heavy-duty carton ideal for bulkier or elongated products that still need good height.

Recommended Void Fill

  • Kraft paper rolled or scrunched along the length to stop products sliding.
  • Bubble wrap or foam wrap for long, fragile items (e.g. components, instruments).
  • Air pillows or foam chips to fill any remaining side gaps and corners.

How to Use

Reinforce the base, position longer items centrally, add protection to any sharp edges, then tightly pack void fill at both ends and along the sides. Finish by taping all seams firmly to prevent bowing.

    A: Not when weight is distributed evenly and void fill is used correctly. The double wall board gives strong resistance to bowing.
