Double Wall Cardboard Box 508 x 406 x 406 mm – a robust, heavy-duty carton with a generous footprint and height, ideal for bulkier or high-value shipments.

Recommended Void Fill

  • Kraft paper / paper pads for bracing heavy items and filling corner gaps.
  • Bubble wrap or foam wrap for delicate or finished surfaces.
  • Air pillows or foam chips for mixed or irregularly shaped contents.

How to Use

Reinforce the base with at least two strips of tape along the centre seam and one or two across. Place heavier items at the bottom, add cushioning around and between products, then fill all remaining voids so nothing can move. Close and H-tape the top flaps.
