Description

Use: Narrow-width crossweave reinforced tape for strapping, bundling and reinforcing smaller cartons and items.

Material & adhesive: Strong backing embedded with fibreglass or polyester filaments in both directions (crossweave) for exceptional tensile strength. High-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures a secure bond to cardboard, plastics and metals.

Suitable for: Securing small bundles, reinforcing seams on heavy parcels, and strapping items to pallets or boards where steel or plastic strapping is not required.

How to use: Apply under tension around the object or carton, overlap and press firmly so the adhesive fully contacts the surface and filaments share the load.

  • FAQ: Is it tear-resistant? Yes, the embedded fibres provide very high tear and split resistance.
  • FAQ: Can it replace strapping? It can replace light-duty strapping in many cases, but for very heavy loads, dedicated strapping systems may still be required.
  • FAQ: Can it be cut by hand? It may be cut with a dispenser blade or scissors; hand tearing is difficult due to the fibres.
