Delivery Information
- Items marked Next Day: order by 12:00pm (noon) for next working day delivery.
- Standard items: typically 3–5 working days.
- Highlands & Islands: reduced service (longer transit times).
- Shipping cost: £15 (ex VAT) under £150 (ex VAT); Free at £150+ (ex VAT).
- Cut-off: Orders received after 12:00pm are processed the next working day.
- Delivery window: 8:00am–6:00pm (working days).

Next Working Day (marked products)
Products flagged as Next Day qualify for next working day delivery when ordered by 12:00pm (noon), Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
All other products are delivered in 3–5 working days.
Highlands & Islands
We offer a reduced shipping service to Highlands & Islands. Transit times are longer than mainland UK. Pricing is the same as below; only the speed differs.

Mixed Lead-Time Orders
If your order includes items marked Next Day and items marked 3–5 days, we’ll contact you to confirm your preference:
- Consolidated delivery (everything sent together) to reduce packaging, or
- Split delivery (items shipped as they’re ready).
Ship to Multiple Addresses
We support shipping different items in the same order to multiple addresses. To use this option:
- Add the required products to your basket.
- Create each delivery address in My Account → Address Book (you can also add new addresses during checkout).
- At checkout, choose Ship to multiple addresses.
- Assign product quantities to each address and review the summary.
- Complete payment as normal (shipping charges and lead times may vary per address).
Cut-off & Processing Times
- Orders received by 12:00pm (noon) are processed the same working day.
- Orders received after 12:00pm are processed the next working day.
Delivery Window
Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 6:00pm on working days. Exact time slots are not guaranteed. Tracking details are provided where available.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
- Stock items: Return requests must be raised within 28 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Non-returnable: custom-printed or bespoke products, cut-to-size materials, and items marked as clearance/specials.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number, item(s), quantity, and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Returns Authorisation (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
- Pack items securely; returns are at the customer’s risk until received and inspected.
Damaged or Short on Arrival
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the delivery note.
- We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate after validation.
Costs, Restocking & Refunds
- Unless faulty, return carriage is the customer’s responsibility.
- A restocking charge may apply (typically up to 20%) to cover handling and inspection.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via credit note once goods are inspected and accepted.
Notes
- “Working days” are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- During peak periods or for oversized/remote deliveries, timelines may extend.
