FEFCO 01 — Commercial Rolls & Sheets
Flat materials used as wraps, pads or sleeves before boxing.

Wraps & Rolls

FEFCO 02 — Slotted Boxes (RSC, FOL, HSC)
The workhorses for shipping: economical, strong, quick to tape or seal.
RSC — Regular Slotted Carton
Most common shipper; top & bottom flaps meet.

For shipping, 0201/0203 are economical; for D2C unboxing, 0427 mailers shine; for speed, 0713 crash-lock packs; for gifting, 03 telescopes or 05 sleeves. Share your SKU and we’ll recommend.
What are typical MOQs and lead times?
MOQs usually start at 250–500 units depending on print and board. Lead time is typically 3–5 weeks from artwork sign-off; ask about fast-track options.
Do you provide dielines and samples?
Yes. We supply CAD dielines for artwork setup and can produce white or printed samples for approval prior to production.
Can my boxes be fully recyclable and plastic-free?
Absolutely. Specify recyclable boards, aqueous inks/varnishes and paper tapes. We also offer film-free display windows.
How is pricing calculated?
Unit cost depends on size, board grade, flute, print method/coverage, finishes and quantity. We show unit price ex VAT, pack price ex VAT and pack price inc VAT with volume breakpoints.
Can you hold stock and dispatch on demand?
Yes — we can store finished goods and ship via 3PL, ideal for subscription brands and multi-site ops.
What files do you need for artwork?
Vector artwork (AI, PDF, EPS) with fonts outlined and Pantone references where used. We’ll provide dielines for exact placement.
Do you offer colour proofs?
Press proofs and drawdowns are available for colour-critical projects. We can match Pantone on the chosen substrate.
Can you add peel-&-seal with a tear-open?
