An expandable paper mailer engineered with “flex-to-fit” gussets. It opens out as you load, creating a protective sleeve around the contents—reducing the need for extra void fill and oversized cartons.

Packing tips
Pre-shape the gusset with your hands, slide the product in, then press air out before sealing to keep a tight profile.
