Custom labels are the fastest way to elevate plain packaging. Apply brand logos, ingredients, batch data and barcodes across cartons, jars, bottles and mailers—without changing your core pack. Choose paper for a natural, recyclable look or premium synthetics for moisture and abrasion resistance.

We print in Pantone spot or full CMYK via digital or flexo, add protective varnish or lamination, and specify adhesives that perform on cardboard, glass, PE/PP plastics, and cold or damp environments. For operations, we supply direct thermal and thermal transfer labels in roll or fanfold with liners, cores and unwind directions suited to your printers and applicators.

As your needs grow, labels pair perfectly with custom tape and boxes—so you can start with affordable branding now and scale to fully bespoke packaging later.

FAQs — Custom Labels

What information do you need to quote?

Size/shape, quantity, material (paper/PP/PE/PET), adhesive (permanent/removable/freezer/high-tack), finish (varnish/lamination), roll core (25–76 mm), unwind direction, labels-per-roll or sheet layout, and artwork files.

Which print method should I choose—digital or flexo?

Digital suits short runs, frequent changes and photo imagery. Flexo is best for mid-high volumes and exact Pantone matches with special inks/varnishes.

Do you offer freezer-grade or tamper-evident labels?

Yes—freezer/chill adhesives for cold or damp surfaces, and security options such as VOID materials, destructible films and security slits.

Can you match Pantone brand colours exactly?

We print Pantone spot colours and can proof for colour-critical work. On kraft/clear stocks, we add white underlay where needed for accuracy.

What are typical lead times and MOQs?

Lead times are usually 10–20 working days from artwork sign-off. MOQs vary by print method; digital can be low, while flexo is most economical at higher volumes.

Which core size and unwind direction do I need?

Desktop printers often use 25–40 mm cores; industrial and applicators commonly use 76 mm (3"). We’ll set unwind (e.g., outside wound, top off) to your printer/applicator.

Can you supply variable data and barcodes on rolls?

Yes—serials, lots, dates and GS1 barcodes, verified for scan contrast. We can pre-print or you can overprint using thermal transfer.

Are eco-friendly label options available?

We offer recycled paper facestocks and paper-based solutions. Some laminations/foils affect recyclability—ask for guidance to keep to your sustainability goals.
