Measure internal L × W × H (mm). Choose a footprint that fits your longest/widest item. Fold to the nearest score above the product height; add void fill or bubble to stabilise.
Seal the base with strong packaging tape (H-tape on heavier loads). After folding to depth, close and H-tape the top.
Pick the shallowest acceptable height to curb volumetric charges and reduce crush/collapse risk from over-voiding.
