Write before sealing: add notes on a flat surface; allow marker ink to dry.
Right-size the bag: leave a little headroom so the zip closes flat.
Label on the outer: carrier labels go on the shipping outer (e.g., box or book wrap), not the inner bag.
Use single wall boxes for light consignments and double wall boxes for heavier multi-item orders. Stabilise with cardboard sheets and paper void fill.

The matte panel holds ink well. For high humidity or heavy handling, use permanent marker and avoid contact with oils/solvents.
