How can I contact Customer Service?

Use our contact form, call us during business hours, or email the team. We aim to respond quickly and keep you updated until your query is resolved.

When are you available?

Customer Service is available on working days. Messages left out of hours are picked up the next working day.

What are your delivery speeds?
  • Next Working Day — for products marked Next Day when ordered by 12:00pm (noon), Mon–Fri (excl. bank holidays).
  • Standard Delivery — typically 3–5 working days on all other items.
  • Highlands & Islands — reduced service with longer transit times than mainland UK.
What is your order cut-off time?

Orders received by 12:00pm (noon) are processed the same working day. Orders after 12:00pm are processed the next working day.

How much is shipping and when is it free?

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made 8:00am–6:00pm on working days. Exact time slots aren’t guaranteed; tracking is provided where available.

What happens if my order has mixed lead times (Next Day + 3–5 days)?

We’ll contact you to confirm your preference:

  • Consolidated delivery — everything sent together to reduce packaging, or
  • Split delivery — items shipped as they’re ready.
Do you ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes. To use multi-address shipping:

  1. Add products to your basket.
  2. Save addresses in My Account → Address Book (or add during checkout).
  3. Select Ship to multiple addresses at checkout.
  4. Assign quantities to each address and review.

Shipping charges and lead times may vary by address.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it’s in transit, carrier re-routing may be possible but isn’t guaranteed and may incur a fee.

What if I miss the delivery?

Carriers will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions. Check your tracking link or contact us for help rearranging delivery.

What is your returns policy for stock items?
  • Return requests must be raised within 28 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
Which items are non-returnable?

Custom-printed or bespoke products, cut-to-size materials, and items marked as clearance/specials are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Contact Customer Service with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA reference if applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll resolve it (including return costs where applicable). For change-of-mind returns on eligible stock items, return shipping may be at your cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the goods are received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Banks can take a few working days to show the credit.

My order arrived damaged or items are missing — what should I do?

Please notify us promptly (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll investigate and resolve quickly.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes — for eligible stock items, we can exchange or refund once the return is approved and received in resaleable condition.

Do you offer pallet deliveries for bulk orders?

Yes. Large or heavy consignments may ship on pallets. Please ensure suitable access for an HGV and let us know if you need a tail-lift.

Will I get tracking details?

Tracking is provided where available and will be emailed once dispatched. You can also check status via your account.
